Daily maintenance and maintenance of carbide saw blades

How to properly maintain and maintain hard aluminum alloy saw blades? Below are some specific maintenance and operation specifications

Operators are trained to work and are familiar with equipment performance and usage specifications. Wear glasses when working to prevent injury from saw blades.

Ensure that the saw blade is installed tightly to prevent the saw blade from slipping. Regularly check the performance of the equipment, the radial runout of the machine should be less than ±0.02mm, and the swing amplitude should be less than ±0.01mm.

The machine has good performance, no swing, the spindle is flat and no deformation, and the shaft diameter tolerance does not exceed h7.

To install alloy saw blade machinery and equipment, a protective cover should be installed to prevent the saw blade from being damaged. The saw blade should be installed 5-6 teeth higher than the plate.

When installing the alloy saw blade, only use the device provided by the equipment supplier to ensure that the clamping device is firmly fixed. The diameter of the flange should be adapted to the saw blade. The diameter of the flange is slightly larger than 1/3 of the saw blade. The diameter of the flange of the thin section must be 1/2 of the diameter of the saw blade.

The saw blade and flange are kept clean and flat to ensure that there is no abnormal wear, deformation and foreign matter adhesion on the surface.

The saw blade should be installed according to the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow on the saw blade. If the direction is opposite, the alloy head will fall off and an accident may occur. It is strictly forbidden to hit the saw blade substrate.

Confirm that the saw blade is suitable for the material to be cut to prevent abnormal saw blade wear, alloy shedding, poor cutting, overheating and other abnormal phenomena.

After replacing the saw blade, run the equipment idling for 5 minutes before use, and check whether the equipment is vibrated, whether the saw blade has horizontal or radial runout and other abnormal phenomena.

If the saw blade is insensitive in cutting, it should be sharpened in time, and a suitable diamond grinding wheel and professional cutting fluid should be selected when grinding. It is not recommended to use a manual sharpening machine for sharpening, and the original angle of the saw blade cannot be changed during sharpening.

Work according to the feeding speed required by the equipment. Do not exceed the maximum speed of the saw blade and the feeding speed

When the alloy is polished, it is polished according to the 1:3 relationship between the front angle and the back angle. If only the front is polished, the service life of the saw blade will be shortened. The entire wear area must be fully ground.

When reaming the saw blade, it is not recommended to exceed the original diameter of 20mm, otherwise it will cause the tension of the saw blade substrate to be unbalanced and affect the use effect and cutting accuracy of the saw blade.
